How do I open an account?
You can open an account entirely online or in our app. The process takes around 5 minutes. You'll need a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and proof of address.
How do I log in to online banking?
Visit our login page and enter your user ID and password. For added security, we may ask you to verify using the Beckham Brown Clark app or an SMS code.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot password' on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address. For security, the link expires after 30 minutes.
How do I report a lost or stolen card?
You can instantly freeze your card in the app under 'Card services'. To report it lost or stolen permanently, call us 24/7 on our dedicated card line or use the app.
How do I transfer money?
Log in to online banking or the app, select 'Payments', then 'New payment'. Enter the recipient's sort code and account number. Most transfers are instant via Faster Payments.
How do I dispute a transaction?
If you don't recognise a transaction, contact us immediately via the app or by calling us. We aim to resolve disputes within 48 hours.
Security and fraud
We take your security seriously. Here's how we protect you and what to do if something goes wrong.
We will never ask for your PIN
Beckham Brown Clark will never ask for your full PIN or password over the phone, by email, or by text message. If anyone does, it is a scam — hang up and call us immediately.
Freeze your card instantly
If you think your card has been compromised, open the app and freeze it immediately under 'Card services'. You can unfreeze it just as quickly if it turns up.
Recognise phishing emails
We only send emails from @bbc-banking.co.uk addresses. Never click links in suspicious emails. Go directly to our website by typing the address in your browser.
Report fraud immediately
If you believe you have been a victim of fraud or an unauthorised payment has been made, call us immediately on 0800 123 4567. We are available 24/7.
